Each module and lesson has to be fully 100% completed to be able to download your certificate.
After you watch each video lesson and download each document, make sure you click on the COMPLETE & CONTINUE button that is located at the bottom of each module.
If you're course doesn't show 100% completed, it means you might have missed to click the CONTINUE button somewhere. Go again through each module again and make sure you click on that button that says Complete.
You can check that each lesson is 100% completed by reviewing that each lesson and module has a checkmark (✓) next to it.
Here's how it looks if it is INCOMPLETE:
If you do not have a circled checkmark, that means your module is not complete.
To complete that module, simply click on the Complete & Continue button like in the picture below:
Once it is 100% complete, you'll see all the checkmarks like this:
