Finished Your Training? Here's How to Download Your Certificate

Congratulations on completing your training! Ready to download your certificate? Follow these simple steps to obtain it.

Step-by-Step Guide to Downloading Your Certificate Immediately After Training:

1. 1. Get Your Certificate Post-Completion:

   • After completing the training, you'll see a "Congratulations" message.
   • Scroll to the top left of the page. Look for the “Get My Certificate” button.
   • Click on it and wait for your certificate to load.

2. 2. Download Your Certificate:

   • Once the certificate loads, find and click "Download PDF" at the bottom of the page.

Important Reminder:

• Ensure each video is 100% completed and watched.
• After watching, click the "CONTINUE" button located at the bottom of each video.
• Review each module to confirm you've clicked the "Complete" button.

Accessing Your Certificate at a Later Time:

If you didn’t download your certificate immediately, you can still access it anytime after course completion:

1. 1. Log In to Your Student Account:

   • Visit usidhr.thinkific.com/users/sign_in.

2. 2. Navigate to Your Account:

   • Click on Your Name at the top right corner of the screen.
   • Select My Account from the dropdown.

3. 3. Access Your Certificates:

   • Go to the Certificates section.
   • Click on View next to your certificate.
