Can't log in student account

Introduction:

Having trouble logging into our student platform? No worries, this step-by-step guide is designed to help you smoothly log in and start your course.

Step-by-Step Login Guide:

1. 1. Visit the Login Page:

   • Go to learn.usidhr.org/users/sign_in.
   • Tip: Use Google Chrome for the best quality and functionality.

2. 2. Sign In with Email and Password:

   • Username: Your username is the same email address used for course registration.
   • Password: This was shown to you on-screen upon completing your registration. Also, check your email and SMS from info@usidhr.org with the subject line: "Congratulations! Here's your login..."

3. 3. Accessing Your Courses:

   • Once logged in, you'll see the "My courses" screen.
   • To start a course, click on "Resume/Start Course".

4. 4. Navigating Through Course Modules:

   • You'll see course modules on the left and the video/lesson on the right.
   • Progress sequentially: Complete earlier modules before moving to later ones.
   • To complete a module, watch the full video and click "COMPLETE & CONTINUE" at the bottom of each video or lesson material.
